🌍 3 Countries, 1 Awesome Summer!
Summer 2025 highlights ✈️
What a whirlwind of a summer it’s been! 🌞 Jonah and I packed our bags (and our passports) for an unforgettable trip to three amazing countries: Doha, Qatar; Asmara, Eritrea; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
One of the biggest highlights? Hosting our 3rd annual Book Event in Asmara, Eritrea! 📚 We had a packed schedule with incredible speakers (including Jonah himself 🎤), plus news coverage that made it all feel extra special. Check out our Eri-TV feature interview here!
When we returned home, we were honored to share our books at the 2025 Bay Area Eritrean Festival… and we sold out of books! Jonah even had moments where he felt like a celebrity — meeting impressed readers, signing books, and taking lots of photos. 🤩
